why is liquid cooling battery cell is 52 per module?

1、when full configuration,liquid cooling module is 8,battery cell is 52 per module,Nominal voltage is 1331.2V, but when battery cell is 53 or 54 or 55 per module,Nominal voltage is also less than 1500V,so why is the number of 52?
2、 liquid cooling and 1C and 1500V
air cooling and 0.5C and 1000V

For 8 liquid cooling battery modules, they have 416 battery cells, the nominal voltage is 1331.2V. We usually set the charing cut-off voltage of each cell to 3.5V, so the charing cut-off voltage 416 cells in series is 1456V, it's very closed to the max. voltage 1500V.
The cooling method, system voltage, and charging or discharging rate are not directly related. It's just to say, liquid cooling has higher efficiency and is usually used for larger rate charging and discharging.
